​Jen Scoops currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

​All orders placed with Jen Scoops are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.​

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

​Jen Scoops is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged once they are in the carrier’s possession.
